Women & Wellness Workshop
Last Wednesday of each month, January-June | Free
Jordyn Jondle hosts the Women & Wellness Workshop, a series designed for women ready to improve their overall well-being through psychoeducation, experiential practices, and reflection. Each month has its own theme, and every workshop will include accessible education, guided experiential practices (reflection, journaling, body awareness), optional group discussions, and a grounded closing to support regulation. See our registration form for more details.

Emily Cave hosts this free monthly support group for parents who currently have and/or have had a baby (or multiple babies) in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Discussions will include sharing resources, preparing for the transition home, navigating life during and after the NICU, coping with all of the emotions that come with having a child in the NICU, and more.
This is open to anyone. You do not need to be a client of Bloom to attend.
Infant Massage Class: Empowering Family Connections through Nurturing Touch

This 5-week class is hosted by Bloom therapist, Ashley Homstad, and we’ll discuss evidence-based, parent-led infant massage. The class will meet virtually and is open to current clients as well as community members looking for more guidance and support as they navigate infant care.
Space is limited to 6 parent-infant groups and we ask that you commit to attending all 5 classes.

Occasionally, we have open houses, anniversary parties, and more at Bloom. Check back here often to stay up-to-date!
